I like this place because it's easy to get in and out .
I especially appreciate Matthew Lopez helping me by shaping my hair to still look stylish and feminine while my hair grows back in, after losing my hair last year to chemo. I give Matthew 5 stars for listening , talent for great hair cutting & styling. Great detailed work!
I am giving them a 4 star rating based solely on the price. If I could give 3.5, I would. This has nothing to do with the service of the hair cut. The hair cut was satisfactory. $30 per kids hair cut just seemed really expensive especially when their websites says that they have a jr cut. I expected jr cuts to be cheaper not more expensive. This was the first time taking my youngest to get his haircut at a barber. My oldest had gotten a few haircuts at a young age. My youngest got leukemia at 2 years and had never gone to a barber. My wife and I had been cutting their hair for years. We arrived and were forced to check in on a computer. They are trying to make it easier by automating the process. I created an account not know this was checking me in. The. It ask if there are others that are getting a haircut. I added my 2 sons, 10 years and 7 years to get a haircut. It then showed all 3 names, me and my two sons. I informed people there that I am not getting a haircut so they just bypassed my name and went to my 7 year old. Victor was our hair stylist. He asked what to do with his hair. I told him he sometimes spikes it but it usually not combed. I told him I cut it a 2 on the sides. He cut the sides then the top. He finished with the back. His hair came out great. Ronin was very happy with it. My oldest now gets his turn. He is on the spectrum and is very sensitive with touch and sound. He was very timid and said to leave it a little longer on the sides. I showed him Ronins hair and he told Victor that he doesn't want it that short. He wants it longer. He tried to stay still and not be scared. Victor was able to cut the sides pretty easily. He then cut the top. When he tried to trim the back and around the ear, Paul was moving a lot. He tried over and over to stay still but it was very difficult. Victor then told him he was going to have him stand and take off the paper around his head. Victor tried to trim the back but it was too difficult. Victor did his best attempt at it but I told him its okay. Paul was getting to nervous. We then go to pay. I had read online that it was around $20-25 but this was up to the franchise. It also said that they have a jr cuts for kids. I assumed that jr cuts were cheaper but I was wrong. I was then charged $30 per kid. A total of $60 for the 2 kids cuts. That seems really expensive. We may be back but I may check out other places for comparison.
My husband is very picky about his hair. Kat has done an incredible job with his cut. He is very happy with it every single time Kat cuts it and he gets it cut every few weeks. Kat is really skilled and professional. She recommended some products that truly made a difference for my husband hair. She is a kind and caring human being and I'm so happy we now have someone my husband trusts. I highly recommend Kat and appreciate her care and professionalism.
