Phoenix Horizon Integrated Massage Therapy LLC

I purchased a coupon on Groupon. Called the consecutive 3 days, leaving voicemails that included when I was available to get the massage. After not receiving a call back I cancelled the coupon with Groupon. Wouldn't you know it, got a call from Kyle that night saying to call or text back with when I was available! Sooooo, I went back on Groupon, repurchased the coupon, sent a text to Kyle that same morning. Not to be redundante, but wouldn't know it, still haven't heard back from Kyle! I give up. No matter how great the massage may be, the customer service is abysmal. I pass.

This was my first Reiki massage (altho' the therapist, Kyle, also explained how he will incorporate other therapies as needed), and it was a Groupon purchase. I've had friends who've had Reiki therapy before, and although they seemed to appreciate its value, they could never really explain much about it, except that it was "working with energies". Their vagueness always left me a little suspicious - I'd always respected a nice, deep, laying on of hands to expel tension! I was initially referred to Destiny at Phoenix Horizon Massage Therapy from a physician friend of mine who went in for a massage and she just raved about it and reasonably priced. Located in a Westlake Village office building about (5) minutes from my home. I'm sooo in LOL I'm addicted to a great therapist who truly understands the body, pressure points and muscle manipulation with soothing yet stimulating hands able to transform you and your body with precision and a deft touch. Mind you this is the holy grail of masseuse's and what all massages are compared too. I called and made a 7pm appointment later in the week after work for Destiny.
