“Bridget is amazing! She was able to see me the day I called and helped relieve all the aches and pains that come with pregnancy. I’m 4 months pregnant and my back and shoulders have been extremely painful and after seeing Bridget I’ve been much more comfortable. She is also extremely kind and very informative. Will definitely be back!“
“Synergy is the best physical therapy/ treatment center I've ever seen. There's a reason professional athletes flock to Dr. Blum and Dr. Rubin. Their entire staff is extremely caring, professional and helpful. Cryo therapy is an added bonus and has helped keep me healthy and pain free. Can't say enough great things about this place.“
“Deborah was able to work magic. After surgery and with TMJ, I was dealing with terrible pain. She was able to provide relief after trying half a dozen other masseuses, chiropractors and physical therapy. 10/10 couldn't recommend more.“
“I've been going to Chris for many years and have referred a great number of friends and associates to his practice.
To call him a chiropractor is a disservice; he is really a healer more than anything else. I recommend Dr. Chris with zero reservations.“
“Best sports massage therapists in the valley. Jeri and Lanita are amazing and experienced. If you're looking for a deep tissue massage or sports massage, you definitely won't be disappointed!“
“I came in for an oxygen facial and enjoyed my experience. Very clean and relaxing environment and easy to schedule an appointment. I already made another one.“
“Miriah provided a wonderful massage. She made sure to focus on the areas troubling me, did not rush through, and made sure to check-in to make sure the pressure was okay. Definitely recommend her!“
“Maria is a beautiful soul and powerful healer. I went to see her for the first time five weeks ago because I was feeling very out of sorts in my mind and body. I felt safe with her and loved her energy and the space she works in. The healing session was deeply restorative and relaxing. She also gave me some suggestions of things I can do on my own, which I have been doing. I went back today in such a different place. I'm feeling good emotionally and there has been healing in my body as well. I came back and will continue to, because I want to keep moving forward. I'm so grateful!“
“The minute I walked through the doors, my nervous system felt relaxed. The space is beautiful, the service is friendly and the treatments are glorious! I highly recommend the Mystic Massage by Michelle. It was a full experience that left me sighing in delight and relief from the tension I was carrying before. I also had a session in the salt room which was so relaxing after the massage and allowed me to relax and integrate as well as clear out my nasal passage after the drainage that comes from a good massage. Highly recommend this spa! It's the best around!“
“I had jaw surgery a few months ago which left me with some stubborn swelling. I’ve tried many things to reduce my facial swelling and nothing worked. I decided to have a session with Jill and I’m very glad I did. Since that evening a lot of that stubborn swelling has gone away, revealing more of my cheekbones and a natural smile. I will definitely be going back.“
“Stacy is a dream masseuse especially if you’re pregnant. Don’t waste time and book her asap !“
“It's been WAY too long since I've been back due to life changes. I went to Dr. Zuckerman's new, beautiful office and as always, had a 1st rate experience. I'll be going back later this week. When I lived closer he kept me walking between surgeries and was a life saver!“
“Michelle is fabulous! My poor body was sore from hiking and working on a laptop. After the massage I was floating, relaxed and my muscles were soothed. I've been getting massages half my life and she is one of the best massage therapists I have ever been to!“

“Dr. Mahmud is an extremely intelligent and caring professional. I would, without hesitation, recommend him.“
“That was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. If I lived here I’d be a regular. Good communication. I’m a super active person so my muscles are always tight and this place is just what I needed. I wish I remembered the person who massaged me but he was great!“
“I have been going to Dr Fey for many years. He has worked with me through two hip replacements and a total knee replacement. After each surgery as soon as I was able, I went to see him for an adjustment. He has helped me immensely. I would recommend him to anyone.
His staff is the nicest, knowledgeable, and friendly group of people I’ve come across in a
doctors office. Another thing I like about Dr Fey is he is usually on time or early for my appointment. That’s important to me.
Dr Fey also takes Medicare and I found that the co-pay is very minimal. Of course you would have to check with the office to find out exactly what works for your insurance.“
“Love this place. I'd been looking (off & on) for a cold plunge in the Conejo Valley for at least a year. I asked around, I googled it, I checked Yelp.... etc. The only thing I found was very expensive spa days at places like Four Seasons and Westlake Inn's new spa, Relais. As I understand it, some of these spas offered the kind of services I was looking for, but I didn't/don't want to pay $200(?) to $450 for access to a cold plunge in a spa day. Then, one day, about a month ago, I looked online again and found Oasis Wellness, and I haven't looked back. On my first visit, I paid for a single session ($60, as I recall). BUT, before I left that day, I decided to become a "member?" "subscriber?" So glad I did. It grants unlimited use of the facilities and I have gotten my money's worth, from day one, going three times a week for three weeks now. There are five or six rooms offering different services, including two dedicated to cold plunge. In each of those two rooms, there is a sauna with infrared (and other light spectrum), which facilitates the "contrast therapy" I had been trying to do for a few months, sans cold plunge. That is, the water (cold showers) was never colder than 66/68°--about 25° warmer than was recommended in order to glean the true benefits of contrast therapy. My regimen is generally 20-25 minutes in the infrared sauna, followed immediately by 2-8 minutes in the cold plunge, then back in the sauna. Rinse. Repeat. Plush towels are provided, as well as one's choice of essential fragrances in the sauna, or none at all. The valet/manager, Sammy, is very accommodating and professional. They also offer massage and other services. I highly recommend Oasis Wellness Center.“
