Donald was professional and very kind. I lost my dad days before the inspection (of my dad’s AC repair) and I appreciate how he acknowledged the loss and was so empathetic. I was struggling being there and his kindness made it easier.

IPermit did duct testing for state HERS inspection and documentation. Kevin Tang was the technician doing the inspection. He took time to explain the various different steps of the testing procedures. It was a pleasure working with Kevin. It would be nice if other companies had personnel like Kevin.
