After reading some of the negative reviews i felt skeptical about coming to DLV but im happy to report that my surgery turned out exceptional! I am so incredibly thrilled with my new vision, i can see and I don't need glasses any longer! My appointment took a while but it was time well spent as all of my questions were answered and all concern's addressed, Diana helped me tremendously with the scheduling and rescheduling and applying for a payment plan, which I really appreciate it! My husband and I have been coming here for years and have always received great care. The staff is caring, friendly and helpful, and we highly recommend this office. Today I was seen promptly by Estella and she was knowledgeable and efficient.
I recently got Lasik done at DLV Vision. It all went well and I'm happy with the results. The reason why I do not give this place a 5 star review is because of the front desk staff. If you are going to put workers to face customers you need to hire people who have good customer service skills, otherwise maybe a back office job is a better fit for them. I dealt with a few of front desk staff during my several visits and NONE of them was friendly nor smiled EVER. One of them was even kind of rude when I asked if the receipt she had given me was gonna be acceptable by my insurance as it did not have any TAX ID#...she said "your insurance won't reimburse you... read full review
