Club Lagree is a studio that offers a challenging but rewarding Lagree workout experience. I wanted to update my review on here as I have been coming consistently now for 2 years! This studio and the Lagree method has changed my fitness level and overall I feel I am in the best shape of my life. This method really works and I absolutely love all the trainers. I don’t want to forget any names but each and every trainer here is amazing! I feel very comfortable and supported.

I did class pass for my first time with McKay and it was also my first time doing Pilates! Class was difficult, but McKay was so sweet and welcoming from the minute I walked in. She followed me into class to show me how the reformer works and walked me through everything before we started working out which was very sweet. All through the workout she was very motivating and gives great alternatives to positions when you feel like your body is giving out. I left shaking!! But overall happy with my experience. The community within the members was also great I felt amped by their energy. Don’t think twice and give it a try 😁 hope to be back soon!
I was soooo skeptical about trying Pilates ! I have weight lifted for years and wanted something to help and switch up while leaning out. Walking in we were greeted by the cutest girl and then took a class with Linda! She almost killlled us ..but in the best way!!! She helped us so much and makes all the muscles work. I’m already missing lagree so class pass here I come. The only thing I could say is that I wish some classes had natural lighting. But the dark is a vibeee too
