“I called CAP Board-up after receiving a very high quote from another company. We had been broken into and urgently needed to repair a sliding glass door. CAP was very fast to respond and did a great job at a respectful price. I say respectful because we were upset on having been robbed and the other company seemed to take advantage of our desperate situation. Not CAP. Their technician cleaned up the glass and secured the door without any damage to the frame. I was also able to pay by Venmo which made everything easy. A good experience in a difficult context.“

“I have used Zilvanis and his team several times since early 2023. There is seemingly nothing they can't handle.From repairing garage door seals, to sliding doors, to drywall, they do it all. From installing new TV mounts, to smart home accessories, to helping build furniture, his team is very efficient.He usually can get a person to me in 1-2 days latest, depending upon the job. His team is always on time, is very polite and courteous, and usually finishes on time or even early (barring any surprises or setbacks).I admittedly was surprised by his hourly rate (~$130/hr) but you really do get what you pay for. His team is efficient, quick, and no-nonsense. They don't engage in small talk, so the job just gets done.His team is excellent at cleanup too. I am pretty meticulous about cleaning and I rarely have to do anything after they've left.I already have a dedicated plumber and electrician that I've gone to for years, but for everything else, I've only used Zilvanas' team for the the past year, and I can't imagine going elsewhere for my needs.“

This is a really tough industry because I never really trust the people who are doing work for me, but Brian and his team are about the most ethical people I’ve ever come across in my life. What sold me on him at first was that I had two different contractors quote me over $10,000 to fix a leak and repair a wall/mold remediation and Brian came over and laughed at their quotes and told me that they were ripping me off completely, he ended up only charging me about $1500 for the same project and did an amazing job, paying a lot of attention to detail and finishing it quickly. Since that project, I’ve used Brian probably five or six times for various projects and not only is he timely but honest and good quality. What’s best is when I can trust a contractor I don’t have to shop around and question his quote. It’s a very good feeling knowing I can trust them. “Definitely recommend Cass for small odd jobs around the house that do not require license or permit. Not only she's responsive but also honest about what she can and cannot help with. We needed to replace the bathroom fan, a job too small for electricians we inquired. Cass first came to inspect and make sure it's in her scope of work and kindly helped to identify the model and size for the replacement free. She came back 2nd time after we bought the replacement and finished the work neatly and perfectly. She'll definitely be our go to next time around.“

“Paul is a nice guy and cares about finding affordable solutions to help you with whatever is going on at your home. He's done a whole bunch of jobs for me: - electrical switch install - GFCI outlet install - fixing doors that weren't aligned to doorways - install new locks in doors He is capable, responsive, shows up when he says he will and will help you figure out the best way to approach your problem. My only criticism of Paul is that he is sometimes a little distractable. He'll notice problems you didn't ask him to address and start working on them. Sometimes this is good. (He actually found a bunch of water damage that had been being missed during a water restoration project at my home and saved me the headache of dealing with worse mold problems down the road.) Sometimes, it's kind of annoying when you just want him to get done the job you hired him for, and he's working on an hourly rate and he spends time on things you never asked him to address. I think if you give him 1 clear job at a time though, Paul is excellent and very affordable.“
