“I signed up for the maintenance special at Home Depot with Beutler and when the technician, Chase, began his inspection it was apparent that the HVAC was not running. Fortunately, he was able to squeeze me in and diagnose the issue even though I was scheduled just for a short "tune-up" on my HVAC. I'm please that Chase stayed because he was able to identify the problem, gave me a quote immediately to repair the problem and he even got the HVAC running while we decide to repair our HVAC or upgrade to a new unit. Chase was very professional, courteous, and he took the time to answer my questions patiently and outlined my options for repair/replacement. Honestly, with the Yelp history and dismal series of reviews I probably wouldn't have called Beutler for my HVAC needs but I'm glad I signed up for the tune-up special since it turned out to be a very positive experience.
