“I've been looking for a gym that has high intensity circuit type workouts that both fits my schedule and fitness goals. The coaches are very friendly and will help adjust your form so that you can get the best workout possible! There is enough variety in the workouts that I feel any day I go will be a good challenging workout. I appreciate that there are focused cardio days so I can opt in when I feel like I have the energy because cardio is very important for stamina and I feel like classes I've taken at other studios in the past do not focus on cardio. I also like that there are televisions that demonstrate the workout movements throughout to help remind me what is going on lol. Overall recommend this gym to anyone that likes HIIT and circuit training type workouts!“

The workouts are fun and the coaches do a good job of meeting you at your individual fitness level. “The trainers at IW are welcoming and supportive. They genuinely accept each participant at any level and encourage us to challenge ourselves while being non judgemental when we are just getting started. I'm retired, and this workout studio has been a blessing. I feel so comfortable here with the small group workouts. Keeps me coming back. I could never be this consistent at a large gym where I was more just a face in the crowd. Some IW participants come with injuries, back problems, or are pregnant, and the trainers give modifications. They are really good about remembering the need for those modifications, as well as remembering the participants' individual goals and reason for being there. Seems like people tend to stay members for many years and are regulars at the workouts. That's impressive! There are about 5 trainers that lead the workouts. Each has a different style; they are all lovely humans. I encourage my friends to try different trainers when they start out. Whether you want to build back your muscle mass (like I do), or you want something else: to be buff, or to lose weight and keep it off, or you just want to live a healthy life-- this is a Sacramento gem. The fixed fee covers as many workouts as you want. Even though it is more than the monthly fee I've paid at any gym, it is so worth it. I've never been this consistent or hooked on workouts. So grateful I finally walked through those doors.“

You will get the one on one attention you deserve and the attention to detail that other trainers wont give. Do you struggle with your rear deltoids? Well, you wont any longer! Marc will work with you and make sure that you are doing lifts properly and at 100% Not 95...not 97... not even 99.99999% correct, but 100 PERCENT CORRECTLY. Marc is incredibly meticulous and attention focused on every lift, exercise, and client. You will not find that with other trainers. If you put in the work, Marc will be there as your guide to greatness.“

“Coach Arrick has really helped my wife and I become stronger than we've ever been, particularly for me. Having mostly been a cardio guy since my high school running days, weight lifting was practically foreign to me. The progress I've made in my squats is a testament to Arrick's ability to coach you at the right levels till you reach the desired form. For the first two weeks I certainly could not squat deep enough, so he placed a box for me to tap on the decent. This allowed for me to train without much compromise until I was strong enough to get the proper depth, which happened much sooner than I could have imagined. All credit goes out to Coach for being patient yet persistent at pushing me towards my goals. I highly recommend his classes to anyone.“
