I'm not too sure where to begin here with how dissatisfied we are and how we feel that we were either misrepresented or scammed into going solar. I thought my issues were with LA solar group, but it turns out it's the representative who sized the system improperly. I'm also going to be posting this on the BBB website: My wife reached out to Tesla solar energy last October after experiencing heavy Edison bills. Daniel the representative assured us that they would size the system to meet our needs and showed us a proposal of 101% energy offset from solar based off of 9,000kwh per year. Tesla has got to be the worst when it comes to customer service. I have been trying to reach their customer service department by phone for the past few days and all I got is "your wait time is more than 60 minutes." When prompt for me to put my number for a call back, no one ever called me back. In addition, they billing department is as bad. They made an error on my bill, but I could not get a hold of any of them to dispute it. Horrible, to say the least!

On 8-22-24 I reached out to Tesla Customer Service. I have Tesla solar panels which stopped working from 2/2023 -7/2024 my SCE bill was $1,475. Gabe Williams (which is the name her gave me) customer service very rude I e explained this situation to Mr. Williams who could care less. I ask to speak with his supervisor he would not turn over the call to his supervisor. I asked for any contact information to his supervisor he stated that he would not give that as well. I asked again so to make it clear your not going to give me any information to your supervisor he stated I will give you her first name. I asked for her last name he stated he would not be giving me that either.... read full review
