The contact person was very responsive and patient with my questions. Price is good, and the window is beautiful. The installation process was hassle free for me. Very happy with the service, happy with the window so far.

I requested a quote and had Michael, the rep, come out within a few days. We were scared to get the number but was pleasantly surprised by the quote. It was so much less than other companies. Later in the day the owner of the company came out to measure the windows and we started getting the ball rolling. They came and installed about a month later. It took about 4 hours for 6 windows. Immediately it made a HUGE difference in the temperature of our house. I look forward to seeing the difference in our energy bill.

Smart Energy Solutions was fantastic. They gave fair quotes with different options, and had quick responses to all my emails. The installers were very efficient, respectful, and clean. The windows look absolutely amazing and have completely changed the facade of our home for the better. Highly recommend if you need new windows!
