“Noticed a wet spot on our ceiling after several days of rain. I looked up in the roof and noticed a vent cap had become loose due to severe winds. Amigo’s Roofing had installed our roof 8 years prior so called them to schedule an appointment. The person answering the phone was excellent and called back within 15 minutes letting us know a crew would be out at 8am the next morning. A three person crew arrived as promised, and performed a repair that required removing a portion of the roof and old flashing that had failed. All work was completed in under an hour. After comparing prices with other roofing companies, we found Two Rivers to be affordable for the type of architectural shingle that we wanted. I also appreciated their professional communication style: No hard sell! We had our wood shake roof replaced with TrueTeed Presidential TL shingles. We also added a skylight to our house, which was completed with the roofing in a timely manner. Their follow-through to our questions was good. They kept to the timeline, which was only extended slightly by the addition of the skylight. Removal was as clean (as could be for shake) and the workers tarped everything outside thoroughly for clean-up. I am very pleased with how our roof looks now. “After having my solar panels cleaned, the company that did the service said that one of my panels was "arcing" and needed to be replaced or at least disconnected before it affected the rest of my system. Plus, they wanted to charge me over $1500, just for the "simplest" plan of disconnecting the panel. I found Citadel after an online search, and Eric at Citadel was able to look online at my system's energy production. He could see that the one panel, although compromised, was still producing energy and did NOT need to be replaced. Eric was also VERY helpful with suggestions that helped me to get my system reporting data again to Enphase for the grand total of $25 that I paid to buy a WiFi extender at Eric's recommendation. My system hadn't been reporting data for quite some time, and I wasn't able to diagnose the issue on my own. “When our HVAC system failed last month Tim heard about it through the grapevine and asked me if he could bid on the replacement. I know Tim as a neighbor, and I like him, so I said yes. I'm so glad that I did. Our former HVAC provider gave us three separate bids for different replacement options. The systems they offered were pretty standard and their prices were high. Tim's bid came in several thousand dollars lower than any of the others. Not only that but his bid included adding an additional return air duct to properly balance the system - an improvement he identified - and moving a floor register to a better location. The system Tim recommended is a Mitsubishi heat pump. According to him, Mitsubishi is the industry leader in heat pumps. I had seen many of them during my travels in Japan but didn't realize they were heat pumps. The installation went smoothly and was completed in one day. We are so happy with the result. We just set the thermostat at a comfortable temperature and leave it alone. Unlike our old AC, this one has a fan that runs continuously and quietly. The house stays at a very comfortable temperature all of the time - it never changes! No more walking over to the thermostat to adjust the temperature multiple times. No more uneven heating throughout the house, and no more waking up to the loud start of the AC kicking on and the interior doors rattling due to pressure changes. Tim was great about checking in to see how we liked the system and scheduling the city permit inspection. I highly recommend TSD Construction. Tim is honest, dependable and does great work.“
