Nothing but amazing things to say about Tom and his approach to Rolfing! I was having back/neck issues and was wasting resources at a chiropractor for months until I found Tom. We went over my specific issues and I began to understand what was causing me pain. I’ve been 8 times and currently taking a break because I feel excellent. Excellent, I am three months into Rolfing and it's changing my entire body. I was in so much lower lumbar pain, I used lidocaine patches and pain relievers daily. My activity level was so curtailed, I could hardly do a small hike, now my pain has diminished, and my movements are much more fluid, and my range of motion has improved significantly.
