Restoration Management Company was professional, polite, efficient, and communicative. They did great work. The whole ordeal was disruptive to our home and family, so we were grateful to have competent, helpful service from RMC to make it as manageable as possible.

Can’t say enough good things about the people who work for this company. In particular, Andrew, who was just super about getting all the information to us about the tear out process and what to expect. In addition, the guys who came out and did the actual tear-out were very efficient, professional, and personable. Everyone at the company was very responsive. The great customer service was always there.

I wish I had called RMC from the get go! My husband and I suffered a Category 2 Water Loss within our home last month and had a water mitigation team come out and take care of that process. Well upon opening the walls, asbestos was disturbed and present. I called RMC to get the Asbestos and Mold Removal handled and they took care of everything in such a great manner. My husband and I have a 7 month old and so we were worried about contamination and also being out of our home too long, etc. Ron made sure the job was complete in a timely manner.
