The technicians showed up to repair our dishwasher after having spent all day repairing someone's a/c in 112 degree temps. Obviously physically exhausted they were professional, efficient, and courteous. The dishwasher has never worked better in the 7 years we've lived here.

While everyone else was booked Prime came within a few hours to diagnose the problem and ordered the part needed and came back the same day to fix my AC in 100 degree weather. Thanks Prime!
