He knows the company services really well, and certainly has more detailed knowledge of mobile devices than the average customer. “I recently visited this location with a sister friend who was purchasing a computer monitor, as we walked in the store she spotted the one she was interested which was right in the front of the store, as she inspected the item , a young man Adrian came right over to help us , he grabbed the item , took it to the register, helped my friend reinstate her Best Buy account and helped us to the car with the Monitor! In and Out in less than 12 minutes ... Outstanding customer service, friendly and knowledgeable! My sister friend also left her driver license at the register and he called her right away so she could double back before we hit the highway , He came outside as she pulled up and brought the license which was awesome because she recently had hip surgery , so a lot of walking can be a little much for her... Give that young man raise!! Would I patronize this location again, absolutely ! The prices are good and outstanding Customer service is everything !“
