“Our heat stopped working and it was 58 degrees in our house. I called Harris Air and they were able to come out that afternoon. The staff were very professional and polite. They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what was wrong and gave me the options on how to fix it. They had the parts on their truck to fix it and then were on their way. I would definitely call them again in the future. I also appreciate that we have a 20 year old HVAC unit but they didn't try and sell us a whole new unit.“
