I require dry cleaning nearly weekly and Hans delivers every time. Even when I'm slow to drop off, they will rush to get it back to me on my timeline. They even do alterations.

Very good customer service. My daughter is visiting as a Navy Sailor and needed to have her uniform dry cleaned by the next day. They were able to accommodate me and I am very much appreciated that they were able to do that. Other than being close to my house, this is the only dry cleaning location that I will continue to go to.

Right before the shutdown due to the pandemic, I dropped up business clothes on my way to work... fast forward to working from home and 'out of sight, out of mind' until I went to grab a button up and it wasn't in my closet. I knew my chances were slim but I called to see if I had clothes there.. 8 months later! To my surprise, they held my clothes and I was able to promptly pick them up.
