I love going here to get my eyebrows done! My mom and I have been seeing Binder for 7 years, and she never fails to disappoint. I would see Binder in Roseville when she used to work at the Roseville mall, and then followed her to West Sacramento where she started her own business. Every time I leave, I get so many compliments on my eyebrows and it's shape.
