I had my patio cover installed a few years ago. A friend used Exterior Perfections for their project and I liked the way it performed and looked. My project included adjustable louvres with a rain sensor, a remote control, fan and lights. It looks great and has performed well. A few weeks ago the circuit breaker tripped during a heavy rain so I thought there is a leak. Daniel came over and asked some questions and took a look at the structure. He noticed that the waterproof electrical box near the top where my TV is plugged in to was not closed properly. He said there was some moisture inside so he dried everything and closed up the box. During the rains it was windy so I'm thinking his analysis was correct and no need to climb up and try to figure out where the "leak" was. Thanks Daniel !!
Exterior Perfections built and installed a beautiful bronze colored, powder coated pergola with a solid section, fan and lighting and a mechanized louvered pergola section at my home in 2021. Daniel was the installer and he and his crew were professional, responsive and communicative. This year one of the inner runner-style gutters under the louvered section had a small leak where two sections met. I called him up, he showed up within 48 hours, promptly sealed up the runner.
