“I like this place because it is in walking distance from home so one star for convenience and another star for pretty reasonable prices considering we are downtown. Another star for customer service, even though they might not be extra or over the top friendly, they are fair and if you're decent you'll be treated that way. An extra star for my past experiences. We had a misunderstanding on price once, and the kind lady honored the price I was quoted, even though it should have been more $$ to clean my coat, which is a different price from a jacket. Please patronize your neighborhood joints. They have hand sanitizer and staff wear masks also FYI.“

“Had my wedding dress preservation done here. I had shopped around for prices and decided to come here because they had a check in and get 30% off your order. I got my wedding dress back around 2-3 weeks after dropping it off. The box it comes back in is huge! I wish it was a little smaller because it makes it a headache to store in my house, takes up slot of room. But the box is sealed with a transparent cover so I can open it and view it without ever jeopardizing its integrity.“

I recently came to get a bridal dress hemmed. The owners are super sweet, they have broken English but you can just tell how hardworking they are! This place is located in an empty lot near Popeye's and next to Papa Murphy's pizza, definitely a hole in the wall. “Overall the experience at Swansons was fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone. They are quick, convenient and incredibly friendly and the manager is always willing to assist her customers to provide a positive experience.

The only reason for the -1 star is do to one portion of the drape that has severe wrinkle still in it. I was advised this may relax over time due to being linen drapes and if that is true I will make 5 stars. Otherwise this does seem like a fairly substantial spot to miss.“
