Mike and Jeff came out for a service call and took the time to help me understand how my HVAC works. They explained the system thoroughly and what options I had in terms of a solution. They were on time to the appointment and offered very reasonable prices. I also need to give a shoutout to the woman who operated the call center as she was very professional and timely in scheduling/confirming a service call. I've used Arctic several times and I am impressed with how quickly they are able to get out to the house.
Good company. But, and it is a big but. My second time as a customer. Charged me $350 for a Nest Thermostat E saying he would not charge me for the service call. But, the exact same thermostat sells for $99.99 on Amazon. Quite a large market up. Hard to trust a business that treats me this way.
they didn't over price anything(I got 3 quotes), they finished it in 1 day, about 3 days after I initially called. super professional. there was a slight issue with switching from cooling to heating but they had someone out in 1.5 hours and had it fixed in 15 minutes. The owner Mike(if I remember correctly) seems like a good bloke.
