Giving this business 4 instead of 5 stars because I was not able to actually receive services from them (my own fault). I want to leave a review because their customer service was stellar! I reached out because I do not have proof of vaccinations in order to book an appointment. Someone reached out very quickly and helped me by offering several resolutions! Unfortunately, still unable to book since it isn't even my pet (was just trying to help) but the customer service alone is worth it for me to post. Yay! Thank you!

Alex is wonderful. My sweet Katie hates water and the dryer so she is generally not super excited to see the groomer. Then there was Alex - my girl gave him a kiss AFTER the service. I like that they will give you a place at the interval of your choice for the next year so it's not hard to book in the future. He gave her something called elephant feet. It's as cute as it sounds. So happy to have found this mobile groomer.

These are the nicest business people. They are so kind to my very shy rescue dog. She comes back beautifully groomed, smelling fabulous. My dog is sometimes timid around new people but loved them immediately. I'm so grateful for the convenience of them being a mobile groomer.
