Milena and Liza worked on my gel removal and light touch up, and did a fantastic job. I'll be coming here for all of my nail needs from now on. Egle is so pleasant to talk with, and was kind enough to give me a couple recommendations to ensure my nails stay strong and healthy. I went to another place originally and there was one woman working and she was literally ignoring everyone and being so rude, so I called Angineh's number that I found off Google, and even though she wasn't even physically at her studio, she drove over to meet me. “I went to Shani for a facial. I always feel like my skin is oily but somehow dry at the same time, but the main issue I was hoping to have tended to is my hormonal acne. I must say, I noticed a drastic difference in the lessening of my hormonal breakouts after my facial with Shani. No major forehead breakout or near my jawline like usual for the first time in a very, long time. I was shocked. During the facial, Shani was very gentle and also informative regarding my skin and my face looked brighter post treatment which I loved! Looking forward to my next facial :)“

I always look forward to spending time in the chair with her and have never been disappointed by her styling services. She is a wonderful human and incredible artist of all things hair! Kismet is a clean, fun, welcoming environment, and I’ve never enjoyed my time in a salon’s waiting room as much as I have there. Instead of being pushed to buy product on shelves like at some salons, I can instead browse art and useful items from local small businesses (and I’m never pressured to buy anything). “Love this place so Chic and everyone there is amazing. truly.I see Brittany for my lashes, and I've been getting my lashes done for the last 5 years now. She's the only person I've had such great lash retention. I never feel my lashes and they always look on point. ( natural but full and fluffy) You truly are paying for quality and expertise.I just started to see Marcy for my eyebrows. I have very sparse eyebrow hairs and they are very straight so they are difficult to shape without looking too thin. I haven't had them done in over 7 years because I had a bad experience a long time ago and they messed them up. ( Never recovered those missing eyebrow hairs lol) But Marcy took her time. listened to my concerns and boy did she deliver! She gave them life again, they are full but now with shape! She's also just the sweetest and loves what she does and it shows.The people there are truly so great and love what they do. their dedication shows and I feel so at ease and relaxed there. <3“

Upon arrival Ericka did a very thorough consultation with me discussing what would or wouldn't be possible based off of the inspiration pictures I brought in, which I greatly appreciated! What was most important to me was lightening my hair up and adding lots of dimension for the summer. Boy did she deliver! She was super professional, incredibly kind and easy to talk to, and kept me updated every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with the results and she did a gorgeous job! Claudio's cuts are artfully precise, he is patient & actually listens to what I want and executes it perfectly every time! For highlights, Jacklyn is a true artist herself! She designs the perfect color palette for my hair every time, that actually seems to last longer than other salons I've gone to in LA! I also love the relaxing, calm atmosphere & their music playlists put me at ease every time! Huge plus to note, when you're with them, its only your appointment; other salons I've tried have 3 or more customers they're attending to at the same time, which has led to some grisly fried hair results for me! I love my one on one time at Hairem!“
