[Initial Review 2-stars] Brought two pairs of pants to be taken in. They did well on one but the other one they took it in too much and the butt was weird. They offered to fix it but it only made it worse.
[Update] The owner called. Doug was extremely pleasant and we have come to a resolution. Really appreciate the care the owner extended; makes you want to return.
I came in with a bit of a rush job & the staff at Village Cleaners not only did spot cleaning within a few minutes for my dress, but they also found an additional stain AND steamed everything for travel.
Just an absolute gem of a spot. I'm so glad I found them!!! Will not go anywhere else in the neighborhood.
I wish I could give 10 stars. They got a stain out of my favorite hoodie, a sweatshirt that my alma mater no longer makes and they fixed a zipper on a special dress that I definitely thought was not repairable. I'll never take my stuff anywhere else!
