Dr. Vester was a former client of ours and utilized our practice management software (ChiroFusion) to run his chiropractic office. We recently encountered a particularly challenging experience with Dr. Vester, whose interactions with our team escalated to an abusive and hostile level. Throughout our interactions, our team was met with unprofessional, aggressive, and vulgar language that created a difficult work environment. On multiple occasions, Dr. Vester used language such as "You better fcking call me now" and "Ok, fck you," which left our team members feeling uncomfortable and unsafe.
