I've been meaning to write a review since I last came here a couple months ago. This salon is the best! As someone who has been to MANY salons as well worked at one, the crew here is very friendly and helpful! Lots of different equipment and amenities offered, one of my favorites being the stand-up hybrid bed! An amazing selection of products are offered, and the deals on tanning are pretty solid too! Maizy at the front desk was AMAZING and helped me get just what I was looking for when I came to visit LA. Definitely a must visit for those in the tanning world when you come to the westside! I bought a one month tanning package. My first time I got burned. It was my fault since I hadn't gotten any type of sun except farmer's tan for last year or so. It took several days to heal. Next visit I spoke to the gentleman that was there (an owner I believe) and he gave me an extension for the missed days. No further discomfort or problems.

I’ve used Total Tan for both tanning and red-light therapy, and the place delivers. The beds are well-maintained, the timers are accurate, and I never felt rushed. Red-light sessions were consistent, and the equipment actually looked cared for instead of being an afterthought, which is rare in these types of shops.
The staff does their job without hovering. They explain what you need to know, answer questions straight, and don’t push unnecessary products. Cleanliness is solid — rooms look wiped down properly, and the lobby doesn’t smell like cheap lotion.
