Amazing service I needed a maid same day. They waived the same day fee and arrived within an hour of calling back to confirm they had someone free. Then the cleaning was amazing removing stains that I had several attempts at. A+ service A+ cleaning. Spotless Maids LA on speed dial now.

Absolutely wonderful. Definitely hiring them again. I had to move out of my apartment in a hurry and enlisted their help! Although entering credit card info via phone isn't ideal, it worked out and it was a clean transaction. Phone call was smooth, cleaning service was wonderful. The cleaner did a thorough job and I learned a few techniques from her on how to clean more efficiently. We even had a chat and she gave me advice on a situation I was dealing with while she was cleaning. SHE EVEN MANAGED TO DO THE JOB THROUGH A POWER OUTAGE!!! Honestly. Be sure to always tip well because the cleaning they do is amazing.

This is my second time using spotless maids and they were terrific! I had Patty and she cane prepared, with products, ready to work. She paid attention to detail, worked with me on getting all parts of the house clean and organized and left my place squeaky clean! Very impressed.
