I was called by their office within minutes after submitting the emergency maintenance request online. Almost didn't answer, but took the chance and it was Royale. The plumber arrived in about 15 minutes, diagnosed the problem, replaced the part and fixed the leak. Super service.

Dispatcher and Plumber were both super polite and easy to work with. They even moved up my appointment time for an emergency service where every minute was important to me. Job was quick, thorough and COVID protocols were observed 100%.
