I was in a jam without cold water in my shower - Richard was the only plumber to respond to me on a Sunday. He was here within half an hour and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes! I'm very grateful and happy I can shower again!
I talked to six different people before I talked to Richard. I’m very picky with the people that I hire to work on/ar my clients home. After talking to Richard, I realized that he might be a good fit. I sent them over. He was on time was very honest, and I received a great report back from my client. Richard is absolutely fantastic. He cleared a horrible backup in my bathroom late at night and got here super fast after I called. The old plumbing in my apartment has so many stupid twists and turns and he was able to still clear it. It's running better than it ever has in the 10 years I've lived here. He went above and beyond in the cleanup too. Would 1000% recommend him to friends or businesses
