Had a super great intro to this place! Decided to switch from my longtime stylist to change things up and try a different look. Booked an appt with Paola. The vibe here is great when you walk in. Very friendly host at the front desk welcomed me and offered a beverage from the cooler. I thought that was a great touch. Paola was right on time and walked me to her station. The chairs here are very comfortable! We discussed what I was hoping to achieve and she set to work. She was conversational and easygoing. She nailed my first cut, I liked the look. Highly recommend Refine in WeHo. Very cozy and welcoming when you walk in. Joe C. is awesome - his attention to detail, kindness, and ability to make your request a reality made for a very positive experience.
I spotted this salon walking by one day and met Joe. I’ve been going ever since. Joe is absolutely the best. He’s helped style my hair better than ever. He’s a caring and kind human. I highly recommend ?
