    Excellent private gym with extremely effective and efficient strength training. I’ve been training here for several months with great results. My trainer, Travis, is very professional, caring and informed. An outstanding experience. Highest recommendation.

    Chad at Myogenics Fitness has been a wonderful trainer for me for the past 9 months. I’m spending a fraction of the time and money as I did previously, but am reaching a higher level of fitness and strength. He has creatively solved many technological and health issues that ordinarily would have prevented my working out at all. I really appreciate Chad’s optimistic outlook and engaging manner and recommend him to people of all ages and current fitness levels. You will enjoy the work!

    I started at Myogenics in February, 2017. I'd been going to LA Fitness for many years prior - spending about 4.5 hours at the gym a week. The high-intensity training program at Myogenics (slow motion training is perhaps more descriptive) is a more efficient use of time for about the same results. I take two 20-minute sessions at Myogenics a week.The gym model is different.
