Sports Massage/Deep Tissue/Trigger Point Therapy/Stretch Therapist/Mobility. NASM Personal Trainer, as a means to applying corrective exercise and stretch routines provided per case scenario. Myo Evolution was birthed after 14 years of combined experience from working at spas, health clubs, and medical clinics to provide excellence in bodywork and massage therapy. The main problems seemed to be constant cases of acute-chronic low back, neck/shoulder pain, joint pain, muscle stiffness/imbalances that needed more than a cookie cutter, routine, one-size-fits all protocol. Practicing since 2002.
