Paul is the best at Monica West. The man is a genius, I came in for a color that I had been wanting for years, but have never gotten the shade just right-- Paul nailed it! The space was a little unorganized but I was satisfied with my service. It was my first time getting waxed and the owner did a good job. I felt minimal pain and left zero irritation.
