Such a beautiful fitness center in the most gorgeous art deco hotel building, The Sunset Tower. GM Samantha is outstanding and really wonderful. I felt so welcome here. Love a hotel gym, and this one is fantastic. It's so nice walking through the art deco lobby of the hotel and the gym is just downstairs. They have a very limited amount of people who can book per hour (I think it's around 6?) so it's never crowded. There are orchids and succulent plants outside and even a fountain. What I love about this gym is you can work out inside or you can also go outside after you do cardio on the machines to cool off, and they have a full gym outside as well. It's so nice to get a breath of fresh air when you're doing weights or stretching on their private patio. My favorite thing about this gym is how quiet it is; for example on a Monday night when it's absolutely impossibly crowded at other gyms nearby, this place (since there's a limited amount of people allowed in) is always quiet and relaxing to work out in. So happy I bought some sessions here. You have to buy individual sessions and you can use a personal trainer. They have some exceptional personal trainers and Luis Cartagena is outstanding. A little Hollywood trivia: the gym is actually constructed where John Wayne's former apartment was located. Because this art deco building was an apartment building in the 1930s, a lot of movie stars lived here. So it's also neat to be working out at a gym with some Hollywood history.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while. In actuality I was the first private trainer at this facility 11 years ago , so if anybody should write a review lol. So this morning I talked to another hotel guest at Sunset Tower who told me he stays at the hotel because he loves the gym, and it is his favorite part of coming to LA every month. This is probably one of a dozen of these conversations I've had with guests . NOW , during end times( COVID), you appreciate the outdoor/ indoor hybrid gym even more. It has a beautiful covered spacious outdoor set up that is incomparable to any other spot before or during COVID. It is never crowded, it is peaceful, it is has a feeling of non ostentatious exclusivity that cant be faked. The Sunset Towers hotel location adds an element of enjoyment that is unique to a gym experience. The way you are greeted by the valets and hotel staff makes you feel like the VIP you are haha. You walk down the stairs of an old Hollywood icon and your mood has already shifted or improved ( if you are already feeling good). The staff makes being here even better. They are diligent in doing the mundane , unseen tasks that create OUR experience . Stephen , Cara, Carli and the GM Samantha( maybe the single best employee in customer care I've ever seen, anywhere). They laugh and joke with you BUT also run a tight ship and always are accessible . I implore any private trainers to use this facility. You drastically improve the training experience which will allow your business to grow in a sustainable way, meaning the type of clients that you will procure because of this gym are certainly a group that appreciates the "experience" in its totality . You will only also show the client that they come first, and you are intentional about providing the best session possible regardless of price( which is actually very reasonable ). so come on down y'all!!

This place has always been my go to. Since I began my fitness career in personal training almost 5 years at there old location. Mansion is more than a gym to me it's home for myself and my clients more importantly. In comparison to other "outdoor gyms" they are strict with CDC guidelines, cleanliness and exceptional service and I'm grateful and thankful for it. Thank you Mansion Fam!!!!
