I initially talked to Joe and the next day Chen came out to measure a small window for my son's apartment. He offered several options and brought the material choices with him. The price was very fair and the production time was reasonable. However, we decided to enclose the wall so the window shades were not needed. I still want to give LA Shades and Blinds an excellent review based on their promptness and quality of their choices. We will definitely use them in the future as needed.
