I've been doing Pilates for over 20 years and Jenny Tate Pilates is the best all-around workout I've had. Walk taller, feel stronger, and firm your body. Although I've liked many of the trainers I've worked with, I've never had one as good as Jenny. Her attentiveness and knowledge far exceeds any trainer I've ever worked with. She provides corrections that often seem small but isolate and strengthen whatever is targeted. She understands the body and expertly guides you but will quickly pivot to another exercise if she sees you're form is incorrect so you don't get injured. I have been working with Jenny Tate for several months now and couldn’t be happier. I have a lot of injuries and can only do Pilates with an experienced trainer.Jenny has learned my weakness and strengths, is so knowledgeable she can quickly pivot in the moment to another exercise I am able perform. That’s exactly what you want in your trainer. Someone so knowledgeable that they can work around your injuries and not exacerbate them.Jenny knows the ways to get everything working in spite of the list of injuries, herniated discs, bulging discs, surgeries, etc. Amazing.
