“John is the best. My hair always looks great after he cuts it. I literally went from having my hair waved earlier in the day to sleek straight that night and the haircut looked incredible both ways. His salon is also super relaxing, it doesn't feel like a high stress environment like most salons so I really enjoy that.“

“Love this place!! Alex did my daughter's hair and mine. Reasonable price, just make sure when you make an appointment to double check if your colorist also trims hair. Alex ONLY does color but is amazing. I ended up also getting a cut from someone else there and it was extremely expensive for what she did so beware of that. I got about 2 inches cut with some layers and that cost me $300??‍♀️ I was shocked, to say the least. If you're going from long hair to a bob then I would say totally worth it but for a trim or simple cut I wouldn't do that again. Everyone is super sweet, trendy place. They have valet but never saw the guy so had to pay the meter a few times. Will definitely be returning!“

I’m mixed with very curly hair and was looking for a non-toxic keratin treatment that would still retain my curl pattern. I knew I was in good hands as soon as I arrived at the salon - Michael is incredibly knowledgeable about the products he uses and was able to answer all my questions. The treatment itself was gentle (especially compared to the Brazilian Blowout), and left my hair visibly stronger, shinier, and curls much more manageable. “My first visit to this lovely salon at the London in West Hollywood was truly wonderful. My stylist was Darren Engel. I have not been this happy leaving a salon in over 10 years. I have not found anyone to cut my hair the way I was hoping. I only waited til I washed and styled my hair the first time after he cut it to see if I was just as happy at styling my hair myself to write this review. He did an amazing job and I have received so many compliments. Darren has years of experience under his belt and you can see it in the quality of service he provides.
