I am George from Georgia ( country) .At this moment I live in LA. I have been training for 20 years, but I always dreamed of training in Mark Wahlberg's gym. No two training days are alike. I start at 6 o'clock in the morning and after training I am in good mood all day. Thanks to F45 and Mark. I am an actor by profession. I really hope that I will be able to be on the set next to him and also train in the F45 gym. It is a miracle gym. The talented actor has created talented exercises. Also, the coaches are very motivating and attentive persons.
I love love love this f45! FromThe high energy and helpful coaches to the heart pumping music, this studio is just the best! If you want the workout of your life with a whole lot of fun, this is the place.
I’m thrilled with the F45 Sunset Strip location, I tried several F45 gyms around LA on class pass before getting a membership, they’re all different franchises and this location was the one that went above and beyond the rest. There is always two trainers present who are consistently attentive with form correction/tips and just overall motivating energy while engaging the whole class. Excited to start the upcoming 45 day challenge!! Let’s go!
