“I booked a same day appointment with Felicia to have those nasty ear and nose hairs waxed, and clean up my eyebrows. Felicia cleaned my eyebrows to look masculine, clean and symmetrical. My ears are smooth and my nose clean. I'll be booking Felicia every two weeks to keep the clean look she gave me. I highly recommend her and her shop that's is designed to make you feel welcomed and at ease.“

“Beverly Hills Lashes is a phenomenal place in West Hollywood- I would even say the best. The staff is extremely professional, the space is beautiful, and the service is above and beyond. “I have had my brows microbladed twice in two years and the first time, brows done by Alix, I was extremely happy with them. The second time I went I had my brows done by Nika and they came out a lot darker than I wanted and one was higher with a straight line that did not look natural at the top. The ends didn't take and I had gaps. I will say that when I called about my issue and sent photos, Alix was very accommodating and made things right. She fixed my brows to the best possible version they could be and also informed me that they would be darker because at this point it was going over what was already too dark in my opinion. My brows aren't terrible by any means, but I don't love them the way I did the first time they were done. It's been almost a year and the weird line at the top is still there while the tails that never took the pigment properly are now faded. I will say that if you are going to get your brows done here, the owner Alix is definitely the way to go. She is very talented and worth the extra money, after all it is semi permanent but honestly, it's not so semi and it's on your face.“
