Small shop with tons of options. They helped me promptly with copying a few keys that were a bit special. I've had experience with poor copies where the keys wouldn't work. No issue here! Street parking on the side street is best. Pay a buck or walk a bit farther and park near the homes.
This is the greatest shop, hands down. Super friendly staff willing to help figure things out. I came in with a broken doorknob which other places suggested I throw away. Emerson's didn't blink and fixed the door knob within 30 mins and with no charge. Kindness and professionalism all in one place! Emerson's Locksmith is definitely world class. Repairs, locks, door handles, safes, you name it .. they have everything you'd need. Thanks Patty for all your help.
Let me tell you about this place. It's great and I mean it in the most basic way. I went in and spoke with John and he was more then helpful. He was outstanding, helping me solve my antique door handle situation. I was also very happy as this was the third store I had visited in West Hollywood and they were able to assist in the best way. I found the help and handle I was looking for, thanks to John and Emerson locksmith. Please call upon this store when locks and doors are in play. CHEERS, OUTSTANDING!!!
