Highest quality service. I brought in a long designer dress and Chanel tweed jacket to get dry cleaned. They took excellent care of my precious items, removed the buttons on the jacket to prevent any damage and both came back perfect. The manager is very kind. I will definitely come back!
I am getting married this upcoming week and when I picked my dress up from my final fitting I noticed the underarms had yellowed slightly and there was a bit of a stink from trying it on so many times. My tailor referred me to D2D and I called the weho store that they. They gave me the direct number for Yosr, who handles all the wedding gowns. She called me personally and assured me they would spot treat the dress and press it for me within the week. She was so so sweet, and made me feel so confident in leaving my gown with them in crunch time. The dress was ready to go within a couple days and looks amazing!
