“We recently hired Guy to work on a bathroom remodel. This included new tile floor ( removing old tile), painting, installing new toilet, sink, faucets and light fixture , new doors and woodwork. We were so pleased with the quality of his work that we had him back to install 3 new ceiling fans.

Called Yanes and not only did he come quickly for the estimate, but he got me in during the busy time of the year for all these gutter guys, December. The other company I had in mind couldn't get me in until February unless I paid more ($200) and then they could fit me in earlier. Yanes didn't do that, so appreciate his straight shooting and as a side note his wife was excellent with communication. Really appreciate these guys.
