Trying to get a hold of someone is a joke here . If there was anywhere in California to point where some of the major problems are it’s here in the city of West Hollywood. Bureaucratic tyrants disguised as loving understanding beings . Disgusting leadership at its finest .

Bad customer service! West Hollywood has been going downhill for years now! French Market closed for over 5 years now! Weho will leave many buildings closed for years, Terrible postoffice on Fairfax no parking, broken drop off for years now. Homeless people everywhere for years now. West Hollywood takes many years to change anything. Coming in here makes you see why.

The worst. Where to begin. Doesn't follow or enforce their own codes, doesn't inform code enforcement of the proper codes to enforce, takes forever to call back if they even do, keeps approving a certain business for permits yet have not finalized inspections with Health Dept or Air Quality Management District. Code Enforcement is a mess. They have multiple officers on for different days and none of them are ever on the same page about proper/active codes. Multiple instances where I've had to inform them of their own codes and they argue with me over it before taking action months later.
