“I’m honestly shocked by the negative reviews. I’ve brought my dog here for the past 5 years since she was a puppy and always received good care. She’s had two surgeries which I was super anxious about and all went well. In my experience the doctors have always been kind and listened to my concerns. I’m the person that will opt in for the additional testing when offered up because I want peace of mind. Yes, it’s definitely pricey, but personally I will pay any amount to ensure my baby gets the best possible care when needed. I also appreciate that they’ve always been able to accommodate a next day appointment, sometimes even same day, which I know is not the case everywhere!“

“The best. Dr Kirby has been treating our allergic dog for years. She’s amazing. She spends the time to examine her closely and explain all the treatment options as many times as it takes. Knows everything including all the latest studies and treatments. Easy to schedule with especially in the post covid vet shortage. And most importantly cares about her patients. We end up seeing her way more than our primary care vet for all these reasons and more.“

“I have been going to Dr Tang since the mid '90's, when I had a pet cockatiel with my two sons, and more recently since 2007, when my husband and I got our first dog. He saved our dog, Spencer about 15 years ago. He'd had a seizure out of the blue, when he'd accidentally eaten rat poison outside without our knowing it. Dr Tang not only saved Spencer, but that dog went on to live another 10 years almost! Most recently our dog Popper has some autoimmune disease, and Dr Tang has seen us almost 10 times over the past 2 months, trying his best to figure out how to treat this 7-year-old (young!) dog. We have all the confidence in Dr Tang's ability, expertise, and most importantly in his compassion. As others have mentioned, Dr Tang doesn't have great bedside manner with the humans who visit his practice, but he so obviously cares about our pets (his patients, as he said this morning), that I will keep going to him forever. And he is so reasonable, I sometimes wonder how he stays in business! God Bless Dr Tang!“

“Very good experience. Dr. Eun thoroughly checked over my dog and took the time to explain the conditions my dog was dealing with. It makes sense that the word 'affordable' is in the name of this facility, because the out the door cost with exam and treatment was exactly that, AFFORDABLE! “I was recommended here for dental work for my dog from k9 grillz. I am grateful we came here for his dental cleaning and extractions! I was nervous about the process as it's never fun to have to put your dog under and undergo any type of procedure even for their best health. “My pets have been with Parkview for a few years. When I called the office they were able to see my cat right away. Dr. Chu is experienced and was able diagnose what was wrong with Max and prescribe the medication needed. Two things I may suggest the texting the check in process is impersonal and problematic for a not tech savy user. Another observation when I called the office two-two and half weeks ago about my cat’s condition they said they did not see emergency cases. More than likely his condition was a start of what I brought him for this week to be treated for. Being consistent and having a policy of seeing cat first then refer services if needed is what I would recommend.“

Dr. Mike is incredible but I haven't had a bad experience with any vet we've seen for our dog Ivy and I never feel like they are trying to up charge me or do anything unnecessary. At previous vets I felt like they would do unnecessary blood work or X-rays to make more money. Never here. They are so kind and caring I feel lucky to have found them.“

“Dr. Chung is a very warm-hearted, bright-aura, confident and reliable female doctor. I don't like lazy doctors, but she is quick to deal with problems and make decisions. She speaks English, Japanese and Korean fluently, which really helped me out when I was panicking at other hospitals. The room temperature was just right. My baby was wrapped in warm cloths and pillows and was able to be hospitalized in a very good environment. There are many cold places in the hospital, like a refrigerator, and my cat gets cold easily, so I was very relieved. I met the receptionist and other doctors, and everyone was kind. I will continue to come here.Thank you so much.“

“I took my dog Stormi Blu in today for a visit. Dr. Schlanger is so attentive, informative and all around a good human! There is no place I would take Stormi other then to this practice. I feel so safe knowing my Stormi is being taken care of properly and with care. The staff in the office are so helpful as well. Gina endured endless calls with me asking questions (I'm a new dog mom) and each call she handled with so much patience , understanding and kindness. Stormi Blu found our furrever vet and I couldn't be happier with choosing Brent-Air!“

“After having my two cats for a long time at a particular vet (not Center Sinai) I was beginning to experience issues where after having a visit or running tests I could never get a vet or anyone to walk through with me the details of lab results that were not normal or other physical situations the cats were experiencing. Additionally the prices for every service seemed to be going sky high. Every solution to an issue was some expensive test or screening that were the price of a good used car. A friend of mine suggested Center Sinai and I brought my two cats there for an introductory general checkup, rerun lab results, xray one cat's hip etc. The vet was incredibly informative and took the time to walk through everything with me. The xray showed some arthritis and a shot was given that has vastly improved my cat's pain level and quality of life. A non-general anesthesia teeth cleaning was recommended for one of the cats which I never knew existed (my former vet would only do the anesthesia one which among other things stresses the pet and cost thousands of dollars). One cats abnormal lab results from the former vet were reviewed and deemed not alarming (the former vet assistant told me the vet considered them alarming and said a sonogram costing thousands would need to be done) re-ran the lab and everything was normal. I am extremely happy to have found a caring, fair and informative vet for my cats and am relieved to be done with a vet I felt I could no longer trust.“
