I never write bad reviews but my experience was horrible . The stylist was extremely rude ,didn’t listen what I want and yelled at me !! when I was asking to do what I need . I was scared to be thrown away from the salon with bleach and foils in my head so I waited until she finished just letting her do what she wants . She was doing my hair with such a rush and attitude but not doing it right . Now I need to go somewhere else and pay all over again to fix everything and my roots that look like done month ago . If you want to be treated like dirt for your money this is the place for you !Service: Hair colouring

I booked an appointment 2 months ago to see Cassondra Kaeding for balyage and on the DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT - an hour and half before I was due at the salon the front desk guy Brian called me and cancelled, due to the fact that "Cassondra cancelled her whole day". I knew something was fishy so I walked over to the salon and saw Cassondra doing a base color on another client. I asked Brian what is going on and he said he has no idea and he will have Cassondra come over to tal

This place has a nice location but the people are unprofessional and extremely arrogant catty and gossipy. Like vipers. They brag about their money and make fun of other clients. If you have millions and love to brag about your wealth and your trips over seas and the homes you bought during the pandemic the 2nd and 3rd home and ask you the client if you bought homes then this place is for you. like clueless to any real person's lives. I found myself having to defend myself by the constant prying of the stylist Into my life.
