“I have a 16 foot rolling gate which needed an electric gate operator installed. I called several fence companies to get help but no one would follow up because the job was too small for them. I was referred to Herbert at Economic Fence company of Simi Valley. Herbert came to my house surveyed the job and gave me a great estimate. “We reached out to Westcoast Vinyl for a quote and two days later, we signed the contract. Mike was flexible with my schedule and came out when it was good for me. His quote was extremely reasonable and the most competitive price for our gate. He was so sweet and even gave me a $2 bill for good luck. Within a week, we had our gate fabricated and installed. “We had a deck on the 2nd floor of our house that was beginning to develop cracks in the floor and also wood rot on the railing. We wanted to get this fixed before the rainy season since the deck is above part of the dining room on the first floor. I found many companies on yelp and other sites but many charged ridiculous amounts or were not accommodating when it came down to the types of materials that were used. Luckily I found Finley Construction and called Jeff who is the owner. He is very prompt and efficient and had the entire deck and railing replaced in about 5 days. He also charged a reasonable price relative to the others that I had spoken to. One other thing to know is that he recently moved out to California a few years ago from Nebraska where he was a contractor for many years. Given the more extreme weather in Nebraska, if you can build and remodel houses there, you can do it anywhere. I highly recommend him.“
“Pool gate & entry gates — I can’t speak more highly of the Republic team. (See their work in the attached picture). They were on time, professional, and, most importantly, did a great job. The fence is better than we hoped for. Extremely fair pricing, especially considering the quality you get. Also, if you are between a mesh pool gate and iron pool gate (as we were) — go with iron! It’s safer and looks way better. I feel a lot more solace in the decision after seeing it installed. They also replaced our side gate and entry and made sure it had matching locks with the pool.
