Natan knew exactly which portions were salvageable and which needed new wood so that I did not have to completely replace the whole structure. The project lead, Pierre, worked diligently to have damaged wood replaced, the wood treated with a termite protection, the whole structure primed and painted, and my patio area thoroughly cleaned up after the project was completed. Now I have a beautiful patio cover and deck that will be enjoyed for years to come. Everyone paid close attention to detail in their work, communicated often on the progress of the project, and completed the job in a timely manner. “We had a deck on the 2nd floor of our house that was beginning to develop cracks in the floor and also wood rot on the railing. We wanted to get this fixed before the rainy season since the deck is above part of the dining room on the first floor. I found many companies on yelp and other sites but many charged ridiculous amounts or were not accommodating when it came down to the types of materials that were used. Luckily I found Finley Construction and called Jeff who is the owner. He is very prompt and efficient and had the entire deck and railing replaced in about 5 days. He also charged a reasonable price relative to the others that I had spoken to. One other thing to know is that he recently moved out to California a few years ago from Nebraska where he was a contractor for many years. Given the more extreme weather in Nebraska, if you can build and remodel houses there, you can do it anywhere. I highly recommend him.“

“Pool gate & entry gates — I can’t speak more highly of the Republic team. (See their work in the attached picture). They were on time, professional, and, most importantly, did a great job. The fence is better than we hoped for. Extremely fair pricing, especially considering the quality you get. Also, if you are between a mesh pool gate and iron pool gate (as we were) — go with iron! It’s safer and looks way better. I feel a lot more solace in the decision after seeing it installed. They also replaced our side gate and entry and made sure it had matching locks with the pool.
