Michael and Cheryl helped me, buy my first townhouse 13 years ago in a hot market full of bidding wars. I put a bid on one townhouse and got it. My friends lost out on bid after bid. Well, a month ago they helped my buy my first house in a market so hot, houses are closing 5 days from listing. First one I put a bid on, I got. Cheryl is super friendly, energetic, and ready to jump in to help. Michael is a wiz at closing bids, walkthroughs, and a wealth of house knowledge. They are my lucky charms and I hope to buy many more properties with them! Soon I'll sell my townhouse and get to see the progress from the other side. Can't wait to work with Michael and Cheryl more!!
