Was staying at the La Quinta inn off of the old road in Santa Clarita. They dropped my motorcycle, broke my tail light and bend my exhaust. Cleaned up the mess and denied everything. Good thing there’s cameras. Lawsuit coming soon.
I got my front and backyard redone back in March 22 and am disappointed about a few things. I messaged the owner after the work was done and expressed some of the disappointed and never heard from him again. The list has grown since then so I feel it's time to write this. I have had many plants/vines and privets die (pretty quickly and some in time). I have had to dig through a lot of rocks and wood chips to find that there were many plants and 5 trees that never had a drippers added. Several drippers just didn't work at all and one isn't connected to the water. When I discovered the trees didn't have drippers (cause they were dying), I emailed him but got no response. My hillside was planted but many of the plants are stunted and sickly because the soil is so compacted that they just won't grow. I can tell that's the problem because the water pools at the base and then runs off down the hill rather than into the roots, and I have similar plants in the front that are flourishing so I can see the difference. I explained this was a problem when we first began talking about the work being done. I have spent a lot on these plants to have so many problems and have now spend close to $1000 to try to replace some of dead ones and fix the lines. I have had to pull a lot out. There are other things that are annoying but not review worthy thought one last thing that frustrates me has to do with rebates. one of the benefits of getting this work done was being able to get a rebate from the DWP for artificial grass and adding drippers. I expressed this when we started but when I went to apply, you needed to apply before the work was done so I was out the rebate money. This is party my fault but I would assume if this was your business, you would know some of this since every other contractor I have worked with took care of these details. I think I should be able to say I'm disappointed and still get a response, but nope. I wouldn't even bother writing this if I wasn't so annoyed with the hillside issues. I liked Jason a lot and I am happy with a big chunk of the work that was done but these issues were enough for me to write this.
Oasis Landscaping provided our staff with beautiful drawings for our Industrial campus. This project was divided into several phases due the shear size of the property. After Oasis completed phase one, we all couldn't wait for the completion of the second section. Mr. Castagnola was extremely professional though out this entire project and we couldn't be happier to recommend his company.
